Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

​

  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We may request a deposit or minimum spend requirement for certain bookings, events, or VIP seating.

  • Late arrivals (more than 20 minutes past the reservation time) may result in loss of table or reallocation.

 

2. Age Policy

​

  • Guests must be 21 years or older to enter the venue. Valid ID may be required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if age verification cannot be provided.

3. Payments

​

  • All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

  • All prices are subject to a 10% Service Charge, 10% VAT, and 5% Government Levy.

  • We accept cash, credit, and debit card payments.

  • Minimum spend may apply during weekends, holidays, or special events.

  • Any deposit made to secure a reservation, booking, or event is non-refundable. By completing your booking and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that this amount will not be returned under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show, unless otherwise specified in writing by Velas by Ash.

4. Conduct & Safety

 

  • We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry at its discretion.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Velas by Ash will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • Deposits or prepaid reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Licensed event tickets, packages, or promotions may have separate cancellation policies.

6. Photography & Media

​

  • By entering the venue, you consent to photography or video recording that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Guests who do not wish to be recorded should inform staff upon arrival.

7. Website & Online Use

​

  • Content on our website and social media channels is for informational and promotional purposes only.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or misuse of our brand materials is prohibited without prior consent.

8. Amendments

  • Velas by Ash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our venue or website signifies acceptance of the latest version.
